The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Ghana, Hon. James Gyakye Quayson, led a delegation from Ghana to Israel to attend the THIRD SESSION OF GHANA-ISRAEL POLITICAL CONSULTATIONS, which took place in Jerusalem, Israel, from 21st to 23rd January, 2026.

The event was co-chaired by Hon. Quayson and the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel, H.E. Sharren Haskel.

The Dialogue provided a high-level platform for engagement on key areas of mutual interest, including diplomatic cooperation, Trade and Investment, Security, Education, Agriculture, and Capacity-Building Initiatives, while reaffirming the longstanding cordial relations between the two countries and their shared commitment to deepening collaboration for mutual benefit.

Prior to the Political Consultation, Hon. Quayson met with members of the Ghanaian community in Israel, where he engaged them on a wide range of consular issues and assured them of the continued support of the Government of Ghana. Follow the link here for more photos
